CD45384000 Series Product Details

The CD4538B is a dual,precision mono stable muli vibrator withindependent trigger and reset controls.The device is re trigger able andreset table,and the control inputs are inter-nally latched.Two triggerinputs are provided to allow either rising or falling edge triggering.Thereset inputs are active low and prevent triggering while active.Precisecontrol of output pulse-width has been achieved using linear CMOStechniques. The pulse duration and accuracy are deter-minedby external components Rx and Cx.The device does not allow thetiming capacitor to discharge through the tim-ing pin on power-downcondition.For this reason,no exter-nal protection resistor is required inseries with the timing pin.Input protection from static discharge isprovided on all pins.
